Activity 1
After you have read the quick facts about each place you must choose ONE country that you would like to ‘visit.’ On your blog post the name of the country and tell us why you have chosen to visit it. Please give, at least, two reasons for choosing the country.Activity 1
Here are the country's I got to pick from.
Canada (North America), Mexico (Central America), Chile (South America), England (Europe), Germany (Europe), South Africa (Africa), United Arab Emirates (Middle East), Japan (Asia), Malaysia (South-East Asia), and Australia (Australasia).
I want to go to Canada because I heard that in some places in Canada there is snow that's why I want to go to Canada one day.
Hi Mei,
ReplyDeleteI'm so sorry - somehow I've missed many of your blogs! I'll try to catch up now.
I'm very glad that you've chosen my country, Canada, to learn about this summer. Right now we're in the middle of our winter and there is, as you say, snow. There is lots and lots and lots and lots of snow!!! I was just out shoveling again today and it's piled high on our lawn beside our driveway. We can barely see over the top of the snow piles. So... come to Canada if you ever want to play in snow!
Leslie
Hi Mei,
ReplyDeleteI'm very sorry, I have just looked back at some of your older blogs and it looks like some of my original comments weren't published? My name is Dan, and I'm working alongside Rachel and Mark over the summer. I'm lucky enough to be able to read your blogs and I'll be leaving comments as I go. If you want to reply to my comments then please do! I'd love to know what you think, or if you have any questions, feel free to ask away.
I'm glad to see you have chosen Canada as your country to visit for your learning journey! They certainly do have a lot of snow in the winter their. A friend of mine living there at the moment sent me through a photo of some of the snow that had fallen off their roof last night. The amount of snow was almost the same size as their house!
I'm looking forward to going back through your blogs and catching up on all of the progress you have made through your Summer Learning Journey Mei.
Well done!
Dan.
